THE CROOKEDÂ BRIDGE!
Â
Bible Text: Isaiah 43:2
Â
A man constructed a very tiny long bridge with ropes over a deep wide ocean. At the commissioning where hundreds of people gathered, he drove a wheelbarrow across the swinging flyover and was cheered loudly with sweet words such as, wow! Great works, incredible, creative… After a while, he announced, “who will like to get on this carrier for a ride? In a twinkle of an eye, the praises had ceased and silence engulfed the crowd. But, a moment ago everyone applauded him with encouraging words but they neither trusted him nor the barrow to take them through safely.
Â
Beloved, that is exactly how we are. Because as children of God we know the impact of Christ and the hope we have in Him (Colossians 1:27). As a matter of fact, we praise His name and preach His works, but when faced with challenges we give up easily (Proverbs 24:10). Hence, we fail to depend on His might just as Peter began to sink immediately he got distracted by the bigness of the wind (Matthew 14:22-33). Therefore, on that dirty crooked road of yours, can you trust Jesus to be your wheelbarrow? Oh! Amidst those current depressing issues, can I invite you into a new realm with God?
Â
Because, no matter how hard life has or would be, we need to look up to God for a safe flight through life’s journey just as Job (Job 2:8-10) and the 3 Jews did (Daniel 3) in their seasons of trial. Moreover, when you are in Christ, you can rest assured that you’ll arrive safely because that challenge is a bus stop and not your destination. So, if you are not yet Born Again, do it now! (Isaiah 59:1-2)

YOU SHALL MAKE IT.. Have a Blessed Midweek!
