GOD OF “SUDDENLY”
2 Kings 13:21 – Once while some Israelites were burying a man, suddenly they saw a band of raiders; so they threw the man’s body into Elisha’s tomb. When the body touched Elisha’s bones, the man came to life and stood up on his feet. (NIV)
God is an expert at doing amazing things. Regardless of the season and circumstances, the Lord does His things instantly, in the twinkle of an eye. We can see the example of the man in our Bible reading who was revived after his dead body touched the decayed bones of Elisha. The man got another chance to live only because the Lord intervened. I pray for you this day that heaven will intercept the parade of shame being organised for you and instead, promote you to the mountaintop, in Jesus’ name.
God’s power can move instantly when we pray. I once paid for an urgent service which shouldn’t take more than a week to get a response. Unfortunately, I was told to wait for another three weeks. But because I desperately needed the service, I went to God in prayer. That very day, a text message came in to confirm that the service had been approved. It was indeed a sudden miracle!
Beloved, it could be that you are in need of an emergency breakthrough in your health, finance, or family. I have great news for you—if you can pray as Paul and Silas did in Acts 16:16-40 so that they experienced an immediate intervention of God, you too will receive a surprise package that will erase your past pains, in Jesus ’ name. Amen!

1. Lord Jesus, please send “urgent help” to me so that all who laugh at me would celebrate with me.
2. Blood of Jesus, terminate any evil dedication hindering my life, my family, and the Church from prospering.
3. Father, let every dead thing and virtue in me, come back to life!
