Good day Bro. Thank you for the prayer points, God bless you. I have come with my testimony because I’m like the one leper that came back praising God. I participated fully in the last 3-day fasting and prayer in October trusting God for the fruit of the womb since I got married in 2014. God has done it ooo. I tested positive yesterday to pregnancy test to the glory of the Lord. Truly God is faithful

MY 11TH HOUR MIRACLE
Few hours after reading yesterday’s devotional (December 30) on “11TH HOUR MIRACLE”, I received an 11th hour miracle because I got my appointment letter from the State Civil Service Commission having been managing somewhere all the while. Praise the Lord!

Beloved, after I got these humbling testimonies, I was almost moved to tears for joy because God indeed answer prayers. These Sister and Brother kept their faith intact even in the face of stagnation, challenges and possible mockery, and God showed up (Isaiah 41:10-14. That’s why I’m certainly sure that even before the end of today (last day of our FASTING and PRAYER programme), God shall visit you and grant all your good heart requests, in Jesus’ name.

11TH HOUR MIRACLE

11TH HOUR MIRACLE!

Bible Text: 2 Kings 13:21

The 11th Hour is something happening at an unexpectedly time when all seems to have ended as 11 is the final-full hour on a clock. In this context, it refers to a last minute surprise. Perhaps that was the case of Bartimeaus who was blind for many years but at the last opportunity as Jesus passed by towards being crucified, he got his sight back (Mark 10:46-52). Note: He never kept shut even when people tried to stop him. As you’ll also cry out today, every door to your breakthroughs shall open up, in Jesus’ name.

God is an expert in doing amazing things irrespective of the season and circumstances (Psalms 115:3). Little wonder, the man that was being buried in today’s reading jumped back to life after his lifeless body touched the decayed bones of Elisha. What a last minute intervention it was when the adulterous woman was rescued by Jesus from being stoned to death (John 8:1-11). Likewise, Peter could have been killed by Herod as he did to James, if not for the intercession of the church (Acts 12:1-11).

I once told a story of when my wife and I paid for an urgent service but we were told to wait for another 3 weeks. But, because we needed it desperately we went to God in prayers and at the quarter to shame, we got a text confirming its readiness. That’s 11th Hour Miracle! And so, there might be someone today who needs an emergency breakthrough to complement the already challenging year. I have great news for you, if you’ll cry out as Paul and Silas did, that they were rescued from execution (Acts 16:16-40), then God shall grant you a final 40 hours of the year miracle that will swallow the pains and failures of 2016.

Be Born Again!

PRAYER

1. Father, please intervene in my matter today (mention). Send a 24-Hour help to me, so i can finish 2016 in unspeakable joys.

2. Daddy, cause me to receive a miracle phone call/text that will change my entire story in this very year.

3. Lord, let all those who laugh at me, bow and celebrate with me in 2017.

IN 2017: YOU ARE GOD’S TOP CHOICE!

 

Bible Text: Isaiah 43:1-2

 

In the beginning, God made the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1:1). But, of more importance was when He said, “Let us make man in our own image” (vs. 26-27). Isn’t that amazing? To know that we are of God’s image. Ooh! Maybe you seem not to realise that we are exactly like our Father in heaven (Psalms 82:6, John 10:34 and Romans 8:17). I’m so honoured to be a royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9). Hallelujah! Therefore, how many times have you looked down on yourself or situation, and say, why am I usually the unfortunate one?

 

Dear Sister, just because they don’t mingle with you, you’ve made the mirror your best companion to always ask, why am I so unattractive, why am I too short (Luke 12:25), or why should I be faced with diverse challenges? Hmm… Be patient (Psalms 37:7A), for God is announcing to you today even as we enter into 2017 and beyond that, “YOU ARE ALWAYS MY TOP PRIORITY”; and I will never rest until you have fulfilled your destiny! Therefore, what are you actually worried about? What to eat, drink, wear or what 2017 holds? (Matthew 6:25-34). Oh! The world may even have let you down, but never will your creator (God) abandon you as read today (Deuteronomy 31:6 and Isaiah 41:10-13).

 

Beloved, as we coast into a new year; always keep in mind that as far as you are in Christ, “You are Not Alone! Because, God knew you before your conception (Jeremiah 1:5) and since He honours His words which He has spoken, more than His name (Psalms 138:2), then, “He will never forsake you” (Isaiah 49:15). And so, you’ll hold Him by His words this day to bring Him to remembrance of you (Psalms 138:8). However, are you genuinely Born Again? (Isaiah 59:1-2)

“As we wrap up 2016, never look down on yourself again, because when you do, you belittle God.”

 

PRAYER

 

1. Thank God for the life in you and for all the blessings received in this far.

 

2. Father, henceforth and in 2017, let it be evident in all areas that I’m your number one priority!

 

3. Tell God those areas you need His intervention before December 31st since you are His top priority.

FROM GUTTER-MOST TO UPPERMOST

 

Bible Text: Genesis 41:37-45 (41)

 

A gutter in this context refers to a state of pity and hopelessness whereby a man feels he’s non-relevant. It can also mean the lowest level of life and a closed destiny. In today’s reading, Joseph was thrown into a pit (gutter) and later on, he got into the prison. But, just in-a-day he got 13 blessings on the spot and moved from a prisoner to a prime minister. How can you describe that? Joseph moved from the gutter(s) to the uppermost. I pray! In the mighty name of Jesus, that from now and in 2017, you shall move from your state of pity to being celebrated.

 

Beloved, do you know that God can change your level and situations? Because, in 1 Chronicles 4:9-10, a man called Jabez was born in sorrows that no one expected anything tangible from his life. But, after he prayed to God, his story changed. That’s why I’m believing God for you that in 2017, where you have been written off this year, God shall place you above and greater than their expectations, in Jesus’ name. Therefore, what is it that represents a gutter in your life? Maybe the circumstances of 2016 has made you lose hope. Relax! Next year, your story is changing, because, “with God all things are possible” (Luke 1:37).

 

You want to pray this last Wednesday of the year. But, then if you think these messages are for jokes and you don’t believe. Please, don’t participate. But, as many who’ll believe, God shall show up in your situation today!

 

PRAYER

 

1. Thank God for your past, present (2016) and the future (2017).

 

2. Oh Lord, please turn my shame to glory now and in 2017.

 

3. Start to decree! Today I, .. (name) I move from poverty to Godly wealth, sicknesses to good health, local to international…(Mention your desires for 2017)

PRAY YOUR WAY THROUGH TO 2017

 

Matthew 17:21

Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.

 

In this world, nothing comes easy. To excel, marry, conceive, enjoy good health and maintaining spiritual fitness in order to be untouchable to kingdoms of darkness; you need to take what you want by authority lest you perish in the battle of life (Matthew 11:12). Why? Because, there are forces that are set to hinder you from reaching your goal in destiny (Daniel 10:12-13). However, there’s a key which can unlock iron gates and also dismantle every unholy gathering against your prosperity in 2017 (Isaiah 54:15).

 

Prayer is that key because it is a two-way wireless communication with God (Philippians 4:6). Moreover, life is indeed spiritual! Because, there are certain things you personally know that you can’t achieve easily due to the nature of your background. For example, in some families, their women don’t get married at all or until certain ages. Similarly, in some homes, no one surpasses a certain average level of success while in others, it may be a particular sickness or reproach. Identify yours today! Because, “to achieve anything tangible in life; you need to move beyond the physical.”

 

Today’s reading tells us that such foundational problems, marital delays, destiny captivity and demotion amongst other issues cannot go in 2017 except by praying and fasting. No wonder, Paul and Silas (I’m sure they must have been on a dry fast) prayed and sang praises that their chains and doors broke open (Acts 16:16-36). Therefore, do you need divine intervention to be married, healthy and to live a fruitful year 2017? If yes! Eva and Evelyn fetched water daily from a river. One day, out of curiosity, Evelyn asked: Why do you prefer to fetch water with this leaking calabash? Meanwhile, Eva kept quiet until they both got to a spot where she showed Evelyn a set of beautiful flowers, and with a big smile Evelyn said: Wow! These flowers are so colourful and blooming. Then, Eva replied by saying: That’s exactly why I chose this gourd. Because, the water drips out through the broken part and drops directly on these flowers every time I passed.

Beloved, how many souls have you and I touched during the course of the year? Oh! But, I have no money. What about your talents and show of love to others? As a matter of fact, do you know that a simple word of encouragement can impact lives? (Romans 12:10). No wonder, Marcus T. Cicero once quipped that, “Not for ourselves alone are we born”. Therefore, if we do a proper check, we’ll discover that no matter our condition or disability, there are always people we can assist.

Consequently, that poor family on your street, what little help have you tried to offer? Those friends that still bask under the shades of sin; have you made attempts to speak about Christ to them? Eh! If only we can learn from this broken gourd to live our lives as channels by which people rise and experience genuine kindness. Then, the love of Christ can reign in our hearts and nations. This Boxing Day and beyond! Let us make life meaningful and colourful for others even as that good samaritan whom by that kind gesture entered into the good side of history.

JESUS CHRIST: THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD!

Bible Text: John 8:12

In the beginning, God said: let there be light and there was light. When He saw that it was good, He divided it from darkness (Genesis 1:1-5), because naturally light represents the positive which wipes out evil (Matthew 6:22-23). However, the birth of Jesus brought the light of salvation to the world (John 12:46), and created a direct access for us to walk in brightness and glow as children of God (Matthew 5:13-16). No wonder, on a night, Pastor E. A. Adeboye went into a path to pray, and all of a sudden his lamp went off that he couldn’t revive it.

Consequently, he had to pray, and instantly, a shining moon appeared that it lit his way until he got back home (Psalms 119:105). I’m praying for you that as we celebrate the birth of Christ today, every dark spot in your life shall receive life, in Jesus’ name. Why? Because, “Jesus Christ is the light of the world! But then, why do I need the light? It’s simply so that we can be saved from sin and destruction (John 3:16-21). Because, “He that is saved walks in light (Revelation 21:24) and shall know the deep and secret things” (Daniel 2:22). And so, the question is: “Are you ready to embrace He that is the light? Yes! We claim to be Christians, but do we really live the purpose for which Christ was born and crucified?

Beloved, can the world see Christ in you and I? (The Hope of Glory, Colossians 1:27). You’ll be wise to think deep down: what are those dark areas of my life? Or is it your health, career and marriage? Oh! Maybe you still live in sin? If you happen to fall in any of these categories, then today is a special Christmas that you’ll never forget. Reason being that your light has come! You just need to surrender wholeheartedly to Jesus (1 Peter 5:7). Let Him lighten up your life as read in today’s scriptures.

“We need to re-examine our lives; Am i still diligent in the faith? If need be! Re-dedicate today to reap the full dividends of Christ’s birth.”

PRAYER

1. Father, I thank You for Christmas to save me.
2. Lord, light up every dark spot of my life and make me a glorious shining light to my generation.

3. Lord! Make everyday a Christmas for me, families and the church. No more sin and lack!

4. Father! Before the next Christmas, help me to have won thousands of souls.

5. Ask for a special Christmas present that money can never buy.

INSTANT RECOVERY FROM BURGLARY

I never imagined I could be chasing a thief in this part of the world. Because, one day as I was cooking in the kitchen, I left my room opened upstairs and suddenly, the fire alarm came on due to the smoke, so I quickly opened the house door. Few moments later, a neighbour who was returning from work sighted a man (stranger) coming out with a laptop. So, he quickly alerted and asked if I had a coloured laptop.

Meanwhile, I had just returned from the room where I received a call and took my phone along after charging it. Consequently, we chased up the burglar and at few meters, he quickly dropped the laptop on the floor.

MY TESTIMONY

1. Recovery of my Laptop which had key documents.

2. If the call hadn’t come in, I would probably have left the phone in the room and it would have been pocketed just as he (burglar) did with my other rickety phone (if pocketed, he wouldn’t have dropped it as he did to the laptop which was more physical).

3. Think of it! What if I met him in my room? He might have harmed or stabbed me. You could imagine!

4. God positioned my neighbour to return at that particular time to spot him and also to have been conscious as it’s mostly unusual. Praise the Lord!

Beloved, it’s a key thing to always give quality praises to our God by sharing our testimonies in appreciation to God as read today. Because, He dwells in our commendations to Him (Psalms 22:3). For that reason knowing these things, let us then encourage and help boost others faith by telling the good works of the Lord (1 Timothy 6:12), by which we also stamp our authority (Revelation 12:11). Therefore, it is my prayer that when next we discuss about Mighty Testimonies, it shall be yours to the glory of God. But! Are you Born Again?

THE YEAR 2016: HOW HARD?

 

Bible Text: Isaiah 41:10-13

 

How has the year been with you? Fair, smooth, tough or challenging? No matter how it seems to be, the certainty about life is that it can never be rosy always simply because there are times and seasons for everything (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8). Therefore, what are the circumstances and hard times you went through in the course of the year? If any! They are no issues to God. After all, you have not been given a permanent slot in the graveyard; which is a pointer to the fact that, “there is hope for the future (Ecclesiastes 9:4). Perhaps that was the case of Joseph who having went through the thick and thin eventually fulfilled his destiny (Genesis 37-50).

 

Similarly, Job went through hell on earth because he lost everything so much that his wife told him to curse God and die (Job 2:9-10). However, in the end, God restored him in multiple folds. I’m praying for you, that in the remaining days of 2016, all what you thought could never be achieved for good, shall still come to reality, in Jesus’ name. And so, I may not know all you went through in the past months but I know you might have gone through a lot and toiled like Peter (Luke 5:2-7). Oh! Maybe you’re faced with the hardest times such as marital and career delays, sicknesses and disappointment that you’ve started to contemplate about 2017.

 

Relax! Because, no matter how tough it looks today; the great helper is always available (Hebrews 13:8) as read in today’s text. He’s saying:

Beloved,

Come now! Let Me help you out of the messes of 2016 and to give you a glorious year end and a colourful new year (Matthew 11:28-30). But, are you Born Again?

 

PRAYER

 

1. Thank God for the year so far.

 

2. Every good thing(s) I haven’t been able to achieve since the year began. Please, Lord, release them to me in this last few days.

 

3. Father, please turn these issues of my life (Mention) to testimonies to Your glory. I promise to testify!

 

4. Begin to ask for those hard things you desire before December 31st. It is granted thee!
