Psalms 69:30

I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.

 

1. Father, I thank You for the gift of life; because I’m not in the grave today.

 

2. Thank You for Your grace, forgiveness, mercy and favour upon my life, family and friends.

 

3. Father, I thank You for the good, the bad and the ugly so far in the year, in Jesus’ name.

 

4. Father, thank You for my past, present and for a glorious future ahead, in Jesus’ name.

 

5. Father, thank you for Your thoughts towards me concerning year 2017. For I know my tomorrow shall be alright, in Jesus’ name.

 

6. Father, I thank You because my life shall not end this week. I shall enter May and beyond, in Jesus’ name.

 

7. Every good thing I haven’t been able to achieve since the year began. Please Lord, release them to me as I step into May, in Jesus’ name.

 

8. In my family lineage and everywhere I go from today. Lord, make me a record breaker in all good things, in Jesus’ name.

 

9. You’ll rejoice, praise, worship and dance to God for at least 1-Hour today for what He is set to do in May and beyond.

 

10. Now! Ask for those hard things you desire in the remaining of the year. Ask for miracles that money can never buy!

 

Be at your local church today. You are next in line for a major breakthrough and I pray! Even before midnight today, the Lord shall show you mercy, in Jesus’ name.

SAFETY IS OF GOD

My pastor, 5 other persons and myself were kidnapped and beaten by some herds men for hours. They collected all the cash with me, my phone and power bank. The strange part was when one of them wanted to shoot me but another man in their gang quickly jumped in front to block him from shooting. I just want to say thank You Lord for saving us and thank you also for all the prayer points.

2 Samuel 22:50

For this I will praise you, O Lord, among the nations, and sing praises to your name.

 

A sacrifice is a prestigious offering or service(s) rendered to appease God. Naturally, a good sacrifice attracts irrevocable blessings (Cain and Abel (Genesis 4:3-7) and swift attention from God just as He (God) appeared to King Solomon that very night he gave 1,000 burnt offerings that no man ever gave (2 Chronicles 1:1-12). Similarly, Abraham got Isaac at 100 but still went on to obey God to offer him for sacrifice (Genesis 22: 1-18). Wasn’t that strange? It is! But, because he knew what it meant to attract God’s face through faith and obedience (Romans 4:16), he did, and God fulfilled His covenant with him (Genesis 17:1-10).

 

Beloved, I’m praying for you that as you determine to walk in compliance to God, He shall turn you into an envy of nations, in Jesus’ name. Therefore, do you need divine intervention? If yes! Then, you can move God through your offerings and praise. Because, ‘the volume of divine attention you’ll attract depends on the input of your sacrifice’ (2 Samuel 24:24). Oh! But, I don’t have the time! Is it not because you’re alive and hale and hearty? Why not visit the graveyards and see the grace that you and I enjoy (Psalms 103).

 

And so, this weekend, we’re having a programme of praise and worship; whereby we’ll simply give a devoted praise and adoration to God for a minimum of 1-hour each day from Saturday to Monday, and God in His infinite mercy shall accept our offerings, in Jesus’ name. Be Born Again!

 

PRAYER

 

1. Father, give me the garment of praise forevermore.

 

2. Father, as I praise You this weekend and beyond. Please, do a new thing in my life… (Mention).

PRAISE GOD WITH UNDERSTANDING

 

Psalms 47:1-9 (7)

For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.

 

A king is the traditional head of a city which makes his words powerful (Ecclesiastes 8:4). One key aspect about kings is that they hardly live without being praised, and how much more our heavenly Father who is the King of all Kings (Revelation 19:16). He doesn’t eat nor need money to survive. As a matter of fact, silver and gold are His (Haggai 2:8). Oh! Maybe you think He needs your clothing and shelter? Never! Think of the birds in the skies; how they feed. This same God provides for them all (Matthew 6:26-34).

 

Today’s reading highlights the importance of singing praises to God always, because “Praises are His foods” (Psalms 22:3). And it is with this understanding that David rendered unequalled praises and adoration to the Lord and he was exalted (Psalms 18). Why? Because, ‘when you praise God, you move Him’ (Psalms 104). Besides, praises attract divine favour (Acts 2:46-47). How am I so sure? In 2013, during one of our ‘Praise and Worship programme’, God overturned the case of a friend who was meant to be dismissed after he made a costly error at work. His manager said, “There was no way I could hide your blunders”. But, guess what? God showed up indeed at dead end.

 

Beloved, I’m praying for you that as you too will honour God with your praises, He shall reverse the irreversible in your life, in Jesus’ name. Therefore, the question is ‘if you’re satisfied with your present conditions’. Yes! You’ve fasted, prayed and did deliverance, but all to no avail. Don’t worry! There’s good news today. Learn to give your best praise to God at all times. And so, you’re invited for a weekend of praise and worship (Sat, April 29-May 1, Mon (Get details tomorrow). It’s a time of refreshing. Be Born Again!

 

PRAYER

 

1. Sing, dance and praise God willingly and joyfully after which you’ll ask whatever good you desire!

DON’T LEAVE THEM OUT!

Make sure you tell your children, and your children tell their children, And their children their children. Don’t let this message die out.

 

Gershom was the first son of Moses, but we never really heard much of him (1 Chronicles 23:15). This is because of the mistakes often made by great men. Most successful people leave their children behind; they train other men’s children. They unconsciously invest in their young, uneducated errand boys who go about with them. Little do the great men know, that while their children are at home watching TV, the uneducated errand boy is understudying and learning the keys to success and greatness.

 

Little do the wives know that as the house girls stay in the kitchen and the kids sit around the house, they are empowering the uneducated village girl, and leaving their children behind. Oh! Little does the pastor know, that as he goes to church investing in other people’s children, and he doesn’t sit daily with his children discussing the word of God, is like a man who is repairing another man’s car when His own car needs serious attention. When all is done, the other person will drive off, and he will have no car to drive. Hmm… No wonder, most pastors’ kids become wayward and cannot take over after their fathers.

 

Moses left his children behind with his wife and father-in-law Jethro (Exodus 18:2-6), while Joshua became His errand boy watching the different miracles and understudying Moses. Little wonder, Joshua became the next leader of Israel. Even though, Jethro brought them back much later. Beloved, are you a Father, Mother, Pastor, Businessman or Woman? If yes! Don’t leave your children behind, carry them along, stop training other men’s children while yours stay back at home… Let them experience what you experienced that made you who you are (Proverbs 22:6). Let them become your PAs, your errand boys and girls. Don’t leave them behind. Be Born Again!

 

PRAYER

 

1. Father, I thank You for this wonderful message and for the children You’ve given to me, in Jesus’ name.

 

2. Lord, grant me the grace to train up my children in Your own way and will, in Jesus’ name.

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is…

 

Several years ago, there lived a great king and two beggars who stood at the gate of his palace every day. As the king rode by daily, the 1st beggar would say ‘blessed is he whom the king helps’ while the 2nd beggar would say ‘blessed is he whom God helps’. The king always felt pleased to hear the praise of the 1st beggar. Therefore, one evening the king decided to reward the 1st beggar for all the praises; he ordered his baker to bake a cake and wrapped gold inside the cake. The next day as he rode by, he gave the cake to the 1st beggar as he hailed him as usual.

 

The 1st beggar who was in desperate need of cash sold the cake to the 2nd beggar at a very cheap price. When the 2nd beggar cut open the cake he saw the gold, sold them and became a rich man. He did not return to the king’s gate the next day, and as the king rode out of his palace, he saw the 1st beggar still begging for money and stopped to ask him if he ate the cake he gave him. The beggar replied and said ‘no sir, I sold it to my friend who was here with me yesterday; I have not seen him today’. The king shook his head in disappointment and confessed silently to himself that “Indeed blessed is he who God helps”.

 

Beloved, isn’t it interesting? They that put their hope in God will never be put to shamed (Psalms 34:5). When your time comes; no man, force, location, or rules can stop God from doing His will in your life (Revelation 3:7-8). He will work and no one will hinder Him. Trust in Him and walk by faith as you continue in your life’s journey (2 Corinthians 5:7). However, you need to surrender in totality to Jesus. Let Him help you to eternity!

 

PRAYER

 

1. Father, I put my trust in Thee. Please, help me to always stick by/to Your plan for me.

 

2. Father, take away my reproach completely and bless me indeed.

John 14:6

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

 

It’s another day of life’s reality as we all connect to our different parts such as work, school, holidays, shopping or probably staying indoor after periods of services amongst other things. Be that as it may, one thing is certainly certain, that no matter where, how or the type of activities that we engage in, we all need something to move and transport us to our desired destinations. Why? Because, you and I are on a journey which has several tarred and untarred roads (sound and false doctrines), bridges (visions), highways (good times) and bus stops (challenges) which in all determines our state of arrival (eternity).

 

Nevertheless, the bible reading today tells us that Jesus Christ is the only passage, the truth and life. Meaning that, He is the stabiliser in times of life’s storm (Mark 4:35-41) and the carrier (our legs, car/bus, trains, airplane or ship) which connects us to our places of destiny, while the Holy Spirit is the pilot (Hebrews 6:19). Therefore, the conclusion of the matter is that (Ecclesiastes 12:13), if we are to live a free, purposeful, fruitful and fulfilled life, we need Christ as the vehicular force that runs our lives and destinies (John 15:5). Be Born Again!

 

PRAYER

 

1. Father, I acknowledge that I’ve been forcing things on my own. I repent today. Please, forgive my sins and takeover every aspect of my life, career and spiritual growth, in the mighty name of Jesus.

 

2. Dear Lord, please cover my nakedness and help me to fulfil my destiny, in Jesus’ name.

 

3. Powers, assigned to drag me to hell, crumble by fire, in Jesus’ name!

THE LORD CLEARED MY DEBT

Before the last fasting and prayer programme in March I was owing a huge sum of money I borrowed to pay my school fees. All the people that promised to help me pay back disappointed me… and the owner of the money needed his money ASAP. So, on the last day of the fast, I wrote financial freedom as one of my five testimony agenda for April. Last week, my Mum called me to tell me she got a contract and that she has paid off the loan we took. The Lord has indeed been merciful to me. Thank You, Jesus!

After many years of failed expectations, disappointments and turned down applications to the Home Office. I was finally granted an indefinite residency permit. Philippians 4:6-8 (6)

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;

 

I was about to prepare lunch for my family, when I took out a fresh fish from the freezer. Suddenly my daughter who stood by watching, started crying and demanding that I give her the fish to eat. I kept trying to tell her in my own way that the fish was raw. I needed to spice it up, cook and then take out the bones so it can be ready for consumption, but my toddler wouldn’t hear but chose to cry louder and even fell to the ground and no one could comfort her. I decided to ignore her, went ahead to do what was right and when it was ready, she had her fish and didn’t even remember all the drama she had put up.

 

But the Holy Spirit began to minister to me that this is how many of us cry for a blessing that is not yet ready. God is saying am spicing it up, cooking it and taking out the bones so you don’t get choked. If only my little daughter knew, she would have waited patiently instead of being uneasy (Matthew 6:25-34). God is saying to someone here today that you should be anxious for nothing, be still and know that I am God (Psalms 46:10-11). I am spicing up that blessing so you will enjoy to the fullest. Wait on the Lord! (Isaiah 40:31).

 

Beloved, this morning and beyond you’ll say to yourself as Job said… ‘All the days of my appointed time will I wait till my change comes’ (Job 14:14). Change is coming, Help is on the way.” Hold on… Be Born Again!

 

PRAYER

 

1. Father, I thank You for Your great plans for me.

 

2. Father, renew Your strength in me to wait patiently till my change arrives.

 

3. Father, forget not the works of Your hands. Please, remember me today… (mention)
