DON’T BE PREYED!

Luke 18:1
And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

Prayer is a direct wireless means of communication with God and it’s the master key to all issues of life (Philippians 4:6). The devil knowing this, therefore raised strong forces to hunt men down if they won’t pray. Hence, a prayer-less christian is likened to a toothless lion which can be tamed and killed anytime (John 10:10-A). And that’s why we need to equip ourselves (Ephesians 6:10-18) with ceaseless prayers so we don’t become victims! (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

As time evolves, the world is becoming a more delicate place where evils are norm. As a matter of fact, it won’t matter if you succeeded or not; there are always people who seek your extinction (Jeremiah 17:9). No wonder, this amongst other things was why Jesus warned that we ought to pray and not to pass out (Matthew 13:25), and come to think of it! If Christ Himself could start and end with prayers (Matthew 26:36-46), who then are we not to pray? Therefore! Say it loud and clear to yourself: ‘I… (name) shall pray till my last breath, so help me God!

In conclusion, if I may ask: ‘do you need divine intervention this March? If yes! You’ll pray as Jabez cried out to God (1 Chronicles 4:9-10). Oh! You want a good job and to get married this year. Prayer can do it! Do you desire to fulfil your destiny? Then, you’d better pray so you don’t get hunted; for the enemy neither sleep nor doze off. They even go on dry fasting to make sure you are downed (Isaiah 54:15). And so, why have you refused to pray? Hence, reexamine yourself to see how many hours you spend daily on prayers and word study. Oh! Someone said, but I’ve to get to work. Is it not because you’re hale and hearty?

1. Father, reactivate my prayer life and altar today, and let me continually be on fire for You.

2. Daddy, give me the grace to seek You at all times never being discouraged.
Â
3. I terminate every plan of the enemy to kill my prayer and spiritual life through attacks, afflictions and discouragement.
