SHE IS CANCER FREE
Dear Brother, my family is going through a few storm. My wife is battling cancer and she’s going through chemotherapy. We are trusting in JESUS. Please, help us continue praying for perfect healing. Thank you!
 
We prayed and after 5 months, we got this message: Jesus has healed my wife completely. Glory be to God, and thank you for your prayers. GOD bless you!

HEALING AND REVELATION
The Lord gave me a word right from the first day of the fast. I became very ill on the 29th of December which was the very same day the fasting was to begin. But, I participated and on the 2nd day, all aches and pains disappeared and I became very strong.
 
On the final day, I had a dream in which I was chasing my son to discipline him and he ran out of the house holding a bible. Then, I was reminded of the word I received which meant “red in my language. And I got a revelation that it was the reason for the quarrel between my siblings and myself. And I got instructions to initiate reconciliation in the family which I did and still doing. Praise the Lord!

THE GREAT ESCAPE!

Bible Text: John 3:16-21

There is a terrible day around the corner which is the day when the grace and mercies of God would have elapsed (Joel 2:30-31). This dreadful day is likened to a journey of no return when the small and great sinners would cry for help but it will be too late (Zephaniah 1:14-18). As a matter of fact, many would wish they were not born at all because those that their names were found missing in the book of life were cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 19:20, 20:1-15).

Therefore, who are the victims of this frightful day? They are people who are continually dancing to the musics of eternal destruction. Revelations 21:8 describes them as the “fearful, unbelievers, abominable, sorcerers, murderers, whoremongers, idolaters, and all liars” amongst others. However, Beloved, are you ready for an escape? Yes, it’s possible, for Christ laid down His life for this cause so that you and I should not partake in this terrible day (John 10:10).

 And so, irrespective of your bad past, malice, murder, homosexuality, immorality, abortions and wickedness, if you’ll surrender to Jesus. He’ll blot out your sins for a great escape!

PRAYER

1. Father, I acknowledge that I’m a sinner or a backslider, please forgive all my sins and errors, and give me a second chance.

2. Lord, I don’t want to partake of this terrible day. Please rescue me from the power of sin and grant me Your grace till the end.

CAN YOU SEE A POSITIVE YEAR?

 
Bible Text: Numbers 13:1-33
 
The men sent in by Moses to spy the land of Canaan in today’s reading couldn’t but see themselves as grasshoppers in the sights of the inhabitants of the land (self-defeat syndrome). Also, in 2 Kings 6:1-23, the king of Syria had sent a great host to hunt for Elisha, that when his servant saw them, he panicked and quickly rushed down to tell him. But, Elisha said, “Fear not! For those that are with us are more than the ones with them”. And then, he prayed and his servant’s eyes were opened to see a mountain full of horses and chariots of fire roundabout his master. I also pray that this year, God shall open our inner eyes and understanding to key into our divine inheritance in Jesus’ name.
 
During the era of black oppression by white Americans, on August 28, 1963, Rev. (Dr) Martin Luther King, Jr. envisioned a black man ruling from the White House. And has it not become a reality? Therefore, in times of financial blackout, blur hopes and fading careers, what do you see? Because, the world may be filled with more negative reasons than the positives but, what do you make of them? Beloved, in the face of national and global economic crisis, can you still rest assured of a favourable year ahead? (Habakkuk 2:3).
 
Oh! Many have derailed and joined the world, but can you visualise a year in which you’ll win them back for Christ? (Proverbs 11:30). And so, you want to prophesy to the year (Job 22:28), and remember that, “You are what you see and think” (Proverbs 23:7). Therefore, amidst those issues, don’t quit! Be Born Again.
 
PRAYER OF DECREE
 
This year,
 
I loose myself from the spirit of fear, self pity, defeat and limitations. Hence, irrespective of my situations, I … (name) choose to see greatness, healing, marital connections and breakthroughs in businesses and opportunities, open doors and spiritual advancement (mention). So help me God!

2 Kings 6:1-33 (16)
And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.
 
Many at times, we are faced with insurmountable mountains with which many couldn’t climb and have slipped away. But, the fact that you are alive shows that God isn’t asleep on your case (1 Corinthians 10:13). For example, in today’s reading, when the hosts of Syria surrounded Elisha, his servant thought they were alone and helpless, but Elisha prayed for his eyes to be opened and then he saw visions. I pray, in this your current situation, God shall give you dreams that will transform your fears and doubt to great faith in Jesus’ name.
 
In Acts 16:16-40, Paul and Silas were jailed while Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were thrown into the burning furnace in Daniel 3. But, they were never stranded as God was ever present and indeed showed up on their behalf (Psalms 46:1). Therefore, what are you also challenged with that you feel lonely, dejected and neglected as that man at the pool of Bethesda for 38 years? (John 5:1-12). Oh! Have you become vulnerable to sin and errors that people have castigated you? Don’t panic! Because they don’t determine the rhythm of your life, only God does and if you are genuinely willing to repent, He’s ready to give you a new story just as that woman in John 8:1-11. Be Born Again!
“When you are in Christ, though the world may isolate you, but you’ll never be alone (Isaiah 43:2), because the Holy Spirit now dwells within you (1 Corinthians 3:16).
PRAYER
 
1. Thank God for His saving grace and say: Father, I repent of every sin, unforgiveness and anger (mention). Please, forgive me!
 
2. I terminate every agenda of hell to make me miserable, depressed and to die silently in shame and loneliness.
 
3. Father, please, rescue me from trials, bad habits, sicknesses, hardship and heartbreaks (mention).
 
GOD SHALL DO A NEW THING.. DON’T GIVE UP!

DON’T JUDGE A BOOK BY THE COVER!

 
John 7:24
Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgement.
 
There was this teenager on a train who screamed from the window.. Dad! See, the skies are travelling with us. The old man looked into the sky and smiled. Suddenly, he shouts again… Yippee! The trees and valleys are skipping away, and the Dad will smile. Meanwhile, a young couple who sat behind observed the boy’s childish behaviour with pity. Again! He would scream.. Papa! Can’t you see? The birds are running at us. The couple who couldn’t hold it any longer said to his Dad, “Why not take your son to a good doctor?”.
 
The old man smiled and replied, “Yes I did and we are just returning from the hospital because my son was blind from birth and just regained his sight today”. So shocked and sorry the couple were, that they immediately realised they were too quick to conclude on a matter they had little or no deep knowledge of. And so, how many times have we judged others like that and later discovered? If any! Today’s reading is admonishing us not to make decisions ordinarily by mere thinking or sightseeing except through discerning of the Holy Spirit.
 
Beloved, “don’t judge a book by it’s cover until you’ve read the content”, for you may never know the genuine reasons for people’s actions. Oh! Are you the Mr. Holiest who derives pleasure in condemning others? (Matthew 7:1-5). Stop it! Haven’t you also sinned and being forgiven? (Daniel 9:9). No wonder, not even a single person could cast a stone at that adulterous woman after Jesus spoke in John 8:3-11. Why? Because, “Everyone has a story! However, if you’ll surrender to Jesus today, He shall rewrite your story for a new beginning and also give you power to discern rightly. Be Born Again!
 
PRAYER
 
1. Father, please grant me the grace never to judge or look down on people or even my situation.
 
2. Any power turning my back to potential helpers of my destiny, die!
 
3. Father, as an individual, family, church and nation, please give us a fresh revelation of You.

ANGELS ARE LOOKING FOR WORK

 
Exodus 23:20-23
Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.
 
Angels are God’s messengers who deliver blessings, instructions and good news to mankind. The size of an angel is estimated to be equal to an aeroplane, and that’s why their usual first words are “fear not”. Moreover, they don’t necessarily have to grow wings as they may come in human form to keep, guide and help us into our place of destiny as read in today’s scripture. And so, the question is: who is your angel? They may be your parents, spouse, pastor, friend or a total stranger as of Genesis 18 (Hebrews 13:2). I pray! You and I shall not miss our Godly assigned supporters, in Jesus’ name.
 
Every man has an assigned angel (Psalms 91:11) and this year, amongst other things we need to put them to work (Hebrews 1:14). Why? Because, they are good news spreaders (Luke 1:19). No wonder, they brought the message about the birth of Jesus (Luke 2:8-18). Oh! It was an angel that guided peter out of prison in Acts 12:1-11. And so, Beloved, what are your angels doing? Have they become too idle? We need to put them to guard (Acts 27:23-25) and to deliver us from the princes of this world (Daniel 10:12-13). Daily, we need to send them forth for those interviews, exams, businesses and appointments. They will make your crooked ways straight (Job 33:23).
 
However, note that the devil also disguises as God’s angel (2 Corinthians 11:14). Therefore, you need to be born again and vigilant, hence commanding your angels into action.
 
PRAYER
 
1. Father, I repent of all my sins and I’m ready to cooperate with You. Please, forgive me and send me an angel.
 
2. My angels, henceforth unsettle all my divine helpers until they locate and help me.
 
3. Send your angels on errand now! Ask whatever you desire (Mention).

– Praise and worship
 
1. Father, I ask for Your mercy. If there’s any way I have sinned and gone wrong, please forgive me, in Jesus’ name.
 
2. Father, I thank You for the life, provisions and health in me, in the name of Jesus.
 
3. Fire of God, visit my root and uproot every satanic resistance to Your will and power, in Jesus’ name.
 
4. Holy Ghost power, fall afresh on me daily and re-brand my life and altar, in Jesus’ name.
 
5. The power I need to do exploits and greater works and never to misuse it, baptise my life, in the name of Jesus.
 
6. Father, from today please make me an addicted soul winner for You, in Jesus’ name.
 
7. Fresh auction to see the invisible, hear directly from God, heal the sick, raise the dead and to set captives free, fall upon me, in Jesus’ name.
 
8. Inspiration, wisdom and timely words that will minister and heal heart wounds. Father, release them through me, in Jesus’ name.
 
9. You my mouth and body, receive fire to decree and to see instant manifestation of prophecy, in Jesus’ name.
 
10. Father, don’t let our pastors, leaders, evangelists, faithfuls and myself to fall like a pack of cards. Uphold us to the end, in Jesus’ name.
 
Begin to thank God for answered prayers because you have been empowered. Therefore, be careful not to underrate and misuse the power. Avoid sins and distractions and go all out to win souls, pray with others and heal the sick, in Jesus’ name.
 
Be at your local church and serve the Lord diligently. God increase you!

GOD HAS THE FINAL SAY

My daughter was writing her matriculation exams and missed one subject. The teachers told her that without writing that exam she won’t pass the matriculation. On the day of announcement of results, we didn’t bother to check because we have told ourselves that she has failed.
Yesterday morning as early as 6:30am we received a message from the Department of Education saying she has passed. Our God is faithful because it could only be Him who can overturn this decision. This is just the beginning of testimonies as I participated in the end of the year 3 days fasting and prayer programme.

DIVINE PROVISION

I observed the last 3 days fasting programme and had my prayer requests. My testimony is that I saw the God of 11th hour in operation in my life. We celebrated the Christmas with none or little in our hands but I trusted God that New Year will be better. Lo and behold, on December 30 I received a confirmatory text message for a money sent to me by my sister. I give God all the glory and adoration.

Beloved, testimonies are ways of saying, “Lord, I thank You”, because praises are God’s food (Psalms 22:3). Besides, when we share our joy and the good news of Christ with others, we are simply encouraging their faith (Hebrews 10:24-25) and even as we do so, we confirm our authority over the devil and his wickedness (Revelation 12:11). Therefore, as you tell people about even the smallest things God has done for you, you shall always have reasons to testify, in Jesus’ name. However, are you Born Again?

PRAYER

1. Thank God for these glorious testimonies even as you talk to God on those personal issues.

2. Father, I promise to share Your good news. Please, give me outstanding success and breakthroughs this year.

JOHN WESLEY: WHAT IS YOUR PASSION?

 
Bible Text: Matthew 28:19-20
 
“Give me 100 preachers that fears nothing but God and hates nothing but sin and we would change the world. I don’t give a straw whether they be clergymen or laymen”.
 
These were words of John Wesley who in his days had up to 4-5 open air crusades in a day which sometimes lasted up to 2-hours per sermon and amazingly, crowds would be drawn by the power of God so much that people were filled with God’s presence that they would lay on the ground for up to 27-hours after each message. Wesley wasn’t a fluent speaker but because he obeyed God and had an unsatisfying hunger for souls, God honoured and empowered him so that when he preaches, many would cry openly to confess their sins (Acts 1:8)
 
By the time he was to die he had preached over 40,000 recorded messages, compiled 4 dictionaries and joined his brother in writing the Sacred Songs and Solo’s amongst other achievements. And guess what? He did all these riding on a horse back despite the persecutions (Romans 1:16). A 100 years after his death, a noble man came into a small English village looking for alcoholic beverages and finding none, he then asked a man why he couldn’t find alcohol, and the black slave replied: “Master, a century ago someone by the name John Wesley passed through this village, and since then all alcohol shops shut down because no one would buy”.
 
What a life! After so many decades this man’s impact was still felt because of His ceaseless love for God and the souls of men. Hmm… what are you and I passionate about? Church growth, money, popularity, our businesses, or the poor? Beloved, all these are good but an unquenchable passion to please the Lord and to save the lost is what we need in this present time. Therefore, to start with, are you genuinely born again? Check yourself and repent or re-dedicate back to God. And then, make it a point of duty to tell at least someone about Jesus daily (Proverbs 11:30).
 
PRAYER
 
1. Father, set me ablaze for You, and let me burn (win souls) for Your glory to manifest in our generation.
 
“You don’t need a pulpit. What you need is power to manifest” (Acts 10:38).

DO YOU KNOW WHY I’M ALIVE?

 
Bible Text: Matthew 25:35-40
 
A Jewish man named Yankel, who had a bakery in Germany those years, said when I was a teenager, on a deathly cold night the Nazis were killing Jews with no mercy and we were on the train being driven to Auschwitz by the Germans who then left us on the side of the tracks for days without food and water. We were hundreds of people and there were no blankets to keep us warm as the snow fell heavily. Consequently, the cold winds were hitting our cheeks, every second and the blood in our bodies started to freeze.
 
Beside me was this elderly man who was shivering from head to toe, and looked terrible. So, I wrapped my arms around him tightly to give him some heat. I rubbed his arms, legs, face and neck. I begged him to try to stay alive. All night long, I kept this man warm this way. I was tired, and freezing cold myself. My fingers were numb, but I didn’t stop rubbing heat into the old man’s body. Finally, morning came and the sun began to shine. I looked around to see the other people. To my horror, all I could see were frozen bodies. All I could hear was deathly silence.
 
No one else in that cabin were alive. That freezing night killed them all. Only two people survived: the old man and me. The old man survived because I kept him warm… and I’m alive because I was warming him (Hebrews 13:16). May I tell you the secret to survival in this world? “When you warm other people’s hearts, you’ll remain warm yourself. When you support, encourage and inspire others, then you’ll discover support, encouragement and inspiration in your own life also” (Philippians 2:4).
 
Beloved, “that is the secret to a happy life”. But, being Born Again will give you a greater joy of eternity. Accept Christ Today!
 
PRAYER
 
1. Father, let Your love envelope my life, and help me to share it to the world.
 
2. Father, let my sun shine again.
